​Your free in-home consultation is always pressure-free. We set our window treatment company up to provide personalized service to our customers. Since we don't operate a storefront, this also helps us to offer our premium shutters, shades, and blinds at the best prices. You will have all the design advice you need during your consultation.

2. DO YOU INSTALL MOTORIZED WINDOW TREATMENT?

Yes, we can install motorized-lift and motorized-tilt window treatments in your Dallas area home. Our installers are experienced at installing all our shutters, blinds, and shades. We measure your windows during your consultation to be sure you have a perfect fit.

3. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CUSTOM SHUTTERS AND REGULAR SHUTTERS?

​Custom shutters are made according to the measurements and cut outs we specify to the manufacturer, O'Hair Shutters. This allows us to provide the same designer styles in shutters, shades, and blinds for all your windows, sliding glass doors, and French doors.

4. DO YOU HAVE BEST FOR KIDS WINDOW TREATMENTS?

Absolutely. Our window treatments are available with a number of child-safe features including motorized lift systems, cordless, hidden cord, and Lift & Lock™ systems. Please ask your consultant to give you the details.

5. CAN YOU REPAIR MY SHUTTERS LATER?

​The Dallas Shutter Company always takes care of it's customers, and O'Hair Shutters have a Life of the Home Warranty. We also offers plantation shutter repairs for shutter owners in our service area. We repair all types of shutter problems ranging from broken louvers, loose hinges, missing staples, and damaged magnests. We can also replace shutters if they are too far gone to repair.
